Help Desk Goals

It is the purpose and mission of the WCIC help desk to provide for our clients technical assistance in accessing the Internet and the World Wide Web. The Help Desk is manned by uncompensated volunteers drawn from the ranks of the WCIC clients. It is our desire to provide a professional and complete experience for all clients.
