If you find that you can connect to the internet but your password gets rejected when you go to check your e-mail, it could be that your account has expired. WCIC sends out an e-mail notice when your account is up for renewal. If we don't receive a renewal by the expiration date, we curtail access to your e-mail as a hint that your account is due.
