If you have the Control Panel "Remote Access" Just change the number.

If you have the Control Panel "Config PPP" Click on config, change the phone number.

If you have the Control Panel "PPP" Just change the phone number.

If you have a blue green phone icon in the menu bar near the clock, Select Free PPP setup.

If you have 3 tabs in the middle of the screen click on Accounts.

If you don't click on the little tri-angle in the lower left corner of the window. You should now see the 3 tabs. click on Accounts.

Have your wcnet connection selected. Click on edit.

In the new window, on the Account Tab. Change the phone number. click OK.

If you have the MacTCP control panel do the following:

Open MacTCP, click on more, in the lower right hand corner change the Name Server Address to:

64.31.64.1
64.31.64.2
click on OK, and close the contorl panel.

If you have the Control Panel TCP/IP, open it. Remove all address in the box labeled "Name server addr.:"
Close the control panel, see if things work. If they don't enter the adress's listed above in the control panel.
